If by chance you are not satisfied with your Feals product, let us know via email, chat, or phone call at 844-311-9090. If you are within the first 30 days of your first purchase we will honor a full refund of the product. 

Please note, that orders outside of 30 days or beyond the first order on an account are not able to be returned or refunded. 

Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy.
