What is the difference between hemp oil and CBD oil?Updated a year ago

Hemp oil and CBD oil both are produced from the hemp plant, but come from different parts of the plant and have different therapeutic properties.

Hemp oil comes from the seeds of the hemp plant, contains no cannabinoids and is rich in omega-3 fatty acids. Hemp oil is used in skin, hair and other beauty care products.

CBD oil comes from the stalks, leaves, and flowers of the hemp plant. Hemp plants intended for CBD production have been deliberately cultivated and bred to ensure low amounts of THC to comply with federal law. CBD oil is used primarily to help promote calmness, clarity and daily relief.
