We recommend taking the full vial under your tongue each day. 

If you are looking for daily relief, we recommend starting with the 40mg vial. Taking the full amount and then repeating the next two days. The 160mg vial is quite strong and mainly used at night time. If you do not feel anything with the first two (40mg, 80mg) please use the 160mg. If you felt results with the first two feel free to split the 160mg vial into two servings. 

If you are looking for sleep aid, we recommend skipping the 40mg vial and going straight for the 80mg. Take the whole amount under your tongue, hold for 30 seconds to a minute and swallow. Assess how you slept and repeat the next night with the 160mg.
