CBD affects everyone differently so we encourage customers to start small, assess how you feel and adjust accordingly when first discovering how CBD works for you.

To help determine the amount of CBD that is right for you, we suggest reviewing our Strength and Dosing Guide or speaking with our Feals Care Team for assistance.  The things you feel (or don't feel) may be subtle at first and take time to notice. While some people might feel a difference in the first hour, others may notice differences within 1-2 weeks.  Each of us has a unique endocannabinoid system that can take different amounts of time to reach a new equilibrium.
