CBD stands for cannabidiol. CBD is found in many other plants but occurs in higher concentrations in the Cannabis Sativa L. plant known as hemp. CBD is one of at least 113 cannabinoids found in the hemp plant and is known for its therapeutic and healing properties.

CBD works naturally with the body's endocannabinoid system. The endocannabinoid system is a complex network of receptors that run through the body. This system helps regulate a wide range of functions including stress, anxiousness, sleep, and pain.
