Feals believes that access to wellness is something that should be offered to those who could benefit from it the most, and we are working to offer our products at a discounted rate to particular community members. Feals offers a 50% discount to first responders. This discount is applicable to all Feals products except for the Feals bundles and The Flight.
Please take a moment to review our requirements for enrollment verification, listed below. If you qualify for our assistance program, proceed with following the steps below on how to apply.
The Feals Assistance Program discount applies only to purchases made for qualifying individuals, and we ask that this discount is only used for themselves. The Feals Assistance Program cannot be used with other discounts or coupon codes. This discount does not apply to Flight purchases. We are unable to provide partial refunds on previous purchases prior to being enrolled in the program.
How to Enroll
To begin the process, please contact our customer experience team at [email protected] and you will be assigned to a representative who will send you an email with detailed instructions
First responders are asked to provide a copy of one of the following documents in order to be enrolled into the program. We do not offer discounts for family members of first responders.
Prior to sending verification documents, please take a moment to remove any private or sensitive information, such as Social Security numbers or banking information.
Enrollment documents include:
EMTs / Paramedics can use a state license, an EMT / Paramedic certification issued within the past 48 months, or an ID Card with their name and title on it.
Firefighters can use an ID card with their name and title on it, a firefighter certification issued within the past 48 months, or an unexpired membership card.
Law Enforcement Officers (LEOs) can use a valid ID card that states their name and title, a pay stub that shows their occupational title, or a LEO certification issued within the past 48 months. Federal LEOs can use your SF-50.
911 Dispatchers can use an ID Card with their name and title on it or a 911 Dispatcher certification issued within the past 48 months.
